Founded by DeLand native Amy Seymour, Georgia Avenue Hair Company was created to be a welcoming, stylish space where creativity, connection, and exceptional service come together. Our team of independent beauty professionals are passionate about delivering personalized results while making every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.

While her talent for hair was originally born through her artistic background, it’s her passion for people that grounds her in our industry. Morgan has built a beautiful clientele in the DeLand community over the past 20 years and she is thrilled to now be in the heart of our downtown.
Born and raised in DeLand, Amy has spent more than 15 years behind the chair helping clients feel confident through great hair. As the owner of Georgia Avenue Hair Company, she has created a welcoming salon environment where guests can relax, connect, and leave feeling their absolute best.
Amy specializes in lived-in color, balayage, blonding, and customized haircuts that complement each client’s unique style and lifestyle. Her laid-back personality, attention to detail, and commitment to continued education have helped her build lasting relationships with clients throughout the DeLand community.
Brittany Black
Brittany is a 2nd generation hairstylist who has grown up in this industry, giving her a passion that's unmatched. Being a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years now, she's built deep roots within the heart of the DeLand community and her wonderful clientele. Specializing in color and cuts, customized blonding services and bridal hair, Brittany's end goal is to always ensure her clients leave her chair feeling both beautiful and confident!
Amanda Simonds
Amanda has been a licensed cosmetologist for 10+ years and specializes in all color, highlight and haircut services. Building strong connections with her clients and mastering her craft has helped her create a thriving business and loyal clientele. She takes pride in continued education so she's able to bring her clients the latest and greatest trends each season. You'll leave her chair feeling your absolute best, every time!
